To answer or end an incoming call, press the center button of your EarPods once. If you do not want to answer the call, then just press the central button once and hold it a little (about 2 seconds) until two short beeps appear. Then the call will be rejected.
If another interlocutor calls you during a conversation, you can leave the first one on hold, and switch to the second one. To do this, press the center button once. In the same way, you can then return to the conversation with the first interlocutor.
If you want to end the conversation with the first interlocutor and switch to the second caller, then you need to press the central button of the headset once and hold it for a couple of seconds.

To turn the music on or off, press the center button of the headphone remote once. To skip to the next song, you must quickly press the center button twice.
If you want to return to the previous song, then press the same button three times. To rewind the song, press the center button once, and then press and hold again (total 2 presses).
